Mayo Limo proudly serves Long Island, Nassau County, Suffolk County, the Hamptons, and all NYC boroughs, including transfers to and from JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro, and local Long Island airports.

3. Do you track flight arrivals for airport pickups?
Yes. We monitor all incoming flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

  • 24+ hours in advance: Full refund

  • Less than 24 hours: Cancellation fee may apply

  • No-shows: Full fare is charged

No. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all Mayo Limo vehicles.

10. Can I make changes to my reservation?
